Yves was born in Belgium, where he studied education and philosophy. Since his childhood, he showed a real interest in sports, in particular basketball. He played for 10 seasons at the highest youth level and was sacred multiple times Belgium Champion and Belgian Cup Winner. Later, he started coaching boys and teenagers and at 22 years old, he became the youngest coach in the women's first division. He coached international women's teams for 9 seasons, and was also a club's technical director for 7 seasons. In 1997, at the age of 27, he founded LBM Management, one of the first women's basketball agencies worldwide. In 2007, he successfully passed the very first FIBA examination in Geneva (Switzerland), and therefore, became the first certified FIBA Agent in Belgium. He is also a holder of the FFBB license (since 2003). Over the years, LBM Management became one of the most respected and skilled international basketball representation agencies worldwide. Yves was a great contributor to this success, with his passion, his determination and his perspicacity.

Olga was born in Russia, where she studied Economics Engineering. Since the age of 10 years old, she played basketball and at the age of 16 began her professional basketball career. She rapidly became part of the USSR's national team and was sacred European Champion at the age of 20. She now also has the title of Russian Master Sports. At the same time, her international career in Europe started. Later, she arrived in Belgium and, while continuing to play as a professional, she became a coach specialised in the youth for 10 seasons. With over 20 years of experience as a top professional basketball player, Olga is the optimal referent for our players. Thanks to all her professional international travels, she gained open-mindedness and sensitive attention to people. Since 1997, she has been the official East-European and Russian coordinator at LBM Management. Known for her determination, her negotiation skills, her expertise, and her human and personal support for the players, she is definitively the heart of the company.

Eric was born in the USA, where he graduated with a legal education, at the Lincoln Law School. He started his attorney career in 1994 at a large Californian law firm, where he analyzed and negotiated hundreds of contracts in America and Overseas. He quickly became an official attorney of the Bar of California. Eric was also focused on trial advocacy related to complex legal issues in front of California and Federal Courts of Appeal. For over 20 years, Eric has an exclusive and historical partnership with LBM Management ; and has negotiated approximately 500 professional sports contracts in 30 countries. With over 25 years of experience as an agent, Eric is recognised throughout the world as protective, legal expert, forceful, skilled and demanding advocate for our clients. He is definitively a valuable asset and a loved person in the LBM Family.

Maxym was born in Belgium, with a dual nationality Belgian-Russian. He studied for a bachelor's in International Business at the University of Maastricht (The Netherlands). Since his childhood, he has been passionate about basketball and even played for some years. He was always invested in the company and successfully passed the FIBA examination in 2022. This makes LBM Management, one of the first basketball agencies to have both father and son holding the certified FIBA license and working hand in hand. Via his education, Maxym gained strong communication, financial, marketing, and management skills. Growing up in an international atmosphere and the multiple professional travels he took part in, definitively shaped his open-mindedness and his knowledge about the basketball world. He is the wind of freshness and modernity in the company.
